Can I choose the exact flowers?
Flower Club arrangements are florist’s choice and change with the season. You may share color preferences, but exact varieties depend on availability.
When do I select my delivery date?
After joining, choose one preferred monthly date and time. We’ll aim for that same calendar day each month. If it is unavailable because of a holiday, capacity, or studio closure, we’ll use the closest open date and notify you.
Can I pick up my arrangement?
No. Flower Club memberships are delivery-only so the monthly experience stays simple and consistent.
How do renewals, plan changes, and cancellations work?
Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Use the secure member portal to update your payment method, review invoices, switch plans without a prorated charge, or cancel at the end of your billing period. A new plan applies to your next monthly delivery.
